Hiring Referral Program

GlobalVision places great importance on employee referrals because we trust our employees to know what’s best for the company. For this reason, employees are offered a referral bonus for all successfully hired candidates.

Who can participate?

Everyone who refers a candidate in the Workable link, except for:

  • Executives

  • Recruiters and hiring managers for positions in which they are hiring

How to participate

Log into the Workable Referrals Program, find the open position and select one of the following 3 options:

  2. Select Refer

  3. Upload their CV

  4. Share their LinkedIn profile

2. Share open positions with your network
  1. Find the open position on the Workable Referrals page

  2. Select Share

  3. Choose one of the following options:

  2. Select Apply and complete the application form.

Background information:

We post new roles before considering internal applications. If we believe that there is a missing position and set of responsibilities, the manager will outline these responsibilities through a Workable job posting. This strategy has two advantages:

  1. Force's formal articulation of hiring needs, skill sets, and requirements for future candidates

  2. We keep our hiring standards very high by comparing internal applicants to external applicants to ensure the best fit for the role

We highly encourage internal applications to our new roles:

  1. You have already passed the fit test (tick)

  2. We love giving employees growth opportunities

Note: If the new role is in the same department, you cannot participate as a hiring manager if you apply

 Additional Details

  • The bonus will only be paid if the referral was done through Workable Referrals.

  • The bonus will be paid out within a month of the start date of the hired candidate.

  • There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make.

  • If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer who posted in Workable will receive the incentive.

  • Referrers are still eligible for rewards even if a candidate is hired later or gets hired for another position, however, referred former applicants don’t qualify.

  • The referring employee must still be employed to benefit from this program.
