We created these guides for organizational clarity:

• Titles and Responsibilities: While we ignore hierarchy in our culture, this guide allows us to have a clear set of responsibilities for each title.

• Departments and divisions: our team structures are rigorously defined so that responsibilities are clear across teams.

Finally, both of the guides are mapped in each of our systems with User groups so that everyone can tag teams for efficient communication.
