Office use

We were born in Montreal and have decided to keep our offices in Montreal as an alternative workspace that is modelled around “university libraries”; come in whenever you would like to get great work done. See our GV Office Guide for details on using our offices.

This privilege comes with responsibility. In order to be inclusive of both Montreal and international employees, all our processes and tools are designed for remote working, first. This means,

• Join video meetings from your personal laptop (i.e. do not use one camera for multiple people)

• Equal promotion opportunities for international and local employees. There is no such thing as a “remote employee” at Globalvision - we are all the same no matter where we live.

• Decisions are discussed online; no untracked hallway conversations
