2024 Department strategies

The Operations department does not have a strategy in this form for 2024. As a new framework component, it would be “too much” to absorb and would distract more than add clarity. As such the operations teams will function similarly as 2023 where each Operations team drives focus through their OKRs which ladder up to Mission 2026, and they help support the “Go-to-market” and “product development” strategies.
